Happy Day! Late last week my Body Mass Index (BMI) dropped below 30% which officially moves me out of the obese range and into overweight. Wooooohoooo! Feels good. Still have a way to go to get to 25% BMI which is considered normal.
I am lowering my Nordic Walking intensity by taking a shorter evening walk. This way I believe I will make a controlled decent to a more healthy weight.
It really feels good to take control of my body and reduce my risk of heart attack, cancer, and diabetes.
Here are my weekly FitBit stats. Wifey, Sabine L., is beating me in steps and I am very proud of the progress she is making also. Julie W. is a high school classmate who is also keeping me on my toes.
