I saw the movie myself on netflix about 2 weeks ago and finally got my wife to join in with me. I bought a juiceman juicer last night at target less than $60.00. We met our son and his family for breakfast this morning and then went to the city market for the fruits and veggies. Unfortunately the market was only about a third full. The right friuits and veggies weren’t exactly there, well not all of them. We stopped by the local grocer and picked up what was left on my 5 menu list. I didn’t have the mean green one. But, thanks to you now I do. The first juice was good a strange flavor but still good. This is my first day and look forward to my 60th day down the road. Sir good luck to you wish you and yours a tremendous enjoyment of life and happiness.

Dude, glad you got a wake up call, and I wish you the best of luck. As you say, it’s not that difficult. This guy offers a 21 day free trial of his workout program. I know he honors it, cause a friend of mine tried it, didn’t have the motivation to keep at it, and was never charged. The video is way boring, but there’s lots of good information on the site. As Nike ads say – Just Do It!
